Delivery & Returns
Shipping Policy
All orders are normally dispatched within 24-48 hours Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. You can take advantage of our free delivery services if you spend £80 and above. We deliver all orders to you by either Royal mail Recorded or recognised Carriers. We recommend that customers should choose an appropriate delivery method before checking out. We also do not support pick ups.
Order tracking
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping courier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown the cost of shipping your product(s), and you will have a chance to discontinue your order if you decide not to.
Back Orders
If any of your product(s) goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. And the other product(s) when they become available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
How to Return an Product(s)
Please inspect all products and note any damages on the receiving ticket before signing for it. If for any reason you are unhappy or entirely dissatisfied with any product(s) purchased from Remnant, you have the right to return the product(s) within 14 days of receipt of the product(s) and we are happy to refund you. NB: This does not affect your statutory rights.
In the event of faulty or incorrect product(s) supplied you may return them to us within 7 days from the date of receipt for a replacement or either full refund. Before a refund is affected an authorisation number should be obtained by contacting us by fax phone or email.
Your product(s) must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect.

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Return Exceptions
Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include music, software, and video games.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Refunds
The amount refunded will depend on the reason for the return. If you have received:
i) Damaged product(s) or the wrong product(s), we will be happy to refund both the product(s) and postage and handling fee.
ii) product(s) that you no longer wish to purchase, only the product(s) cost can be refunded

If your clothing item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or colour. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in any case, but you still will have to pay return shipping
