How can I return a product, exchange it or get a refund?
Please inspect all products and note any damages on the receiving ticket before signing for it. If for any reason you are unhappy or entirely dissatisfied with any product(s) purchased from Remnant Heralds, you have the right to return the product(s) within 14 days of receipt of the product(s) and we are happy to refund you. NB: This does not affect your statutory rights.
In the event of faulty or incorrect product(s) supplied you may return them to us within 7 days from the date of receipt for a replacement or either full refund. Before a refund is affected an authorisation number should be obtained by contacting us by fax phone or email.
Your product(s) must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect.

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include music, software, and video games.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
The amount refunded will depend on the reason for the return. If you have received:
i) Damaged product(s) or the wrong product(s), we will be happy to refund both the product(s) and postage and handling fee.
ii) product(s) that you no longer wish to purchase, only the product(s) cost can be refunded
If your clothing item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or colour. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in any case, but you still will have to pay return shipping

What payment options are available for me?
We currently accept a wide range of credit and debit cards including American Express, MasterCard, Discover, Visa, and Remnant Heralds Gift Cards.
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfil your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.
Where do you deliver to?
We currently deliver within Europe only.
What happens if a product in my order is out of stock?
If any of your product(s) goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. And the other product(s) when they become available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
